If you are a retail customer purchasing from our web store or over the phone, you may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Filters cannot be returned. Opened product cannot be returned without prior authorization. Due to the nature of the NasoNeb and risk of spreading infection, products with opened Supply Tubing or Handheld Device cannot be returned for a refund. They may be returned for warranty claims.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of receipt of the order if the product is in stock. We ship only within the United States of America due to restrictions on regulated healthcare products in various countries. Please go to www.nasoneb.com to view local distributors in your country. For direct-to-consumer retail purchases, we offer free FEDEX ground shipping within the continental USA. FEDEX Ground estimates 1-4 days, depending on the distance you are located from our office in Medina, OH. If you live in HI or AK, an extra shipping fee may be charged to your account. We will notify you if this is the case. In this instance, shipping charges will be based on weight and dimensions.
